Can I get flat rates for my deliveries?
Yes, when you post jobs for more than 10 delivery locations from a single pick up point. You can enjoy flat rates for as low as RM7 per delivery. Read the full terms and conditions here.
How do I pay GoGetter’s on GoGet Business?
First, you have to purchase credits on our platform. Then, credits will be deducted from your GoGet Business account to pay for GoGetter's.
How do I buy credits?
You can click on “Buy now” then pay by choosing “Online Banking” or “Card”. For Penang & Johor Bahru, please email [email protected] for early bird packages.

When I buy credits, will they expire if I don’t use it?
Your credits expire 12 months from your last purchase date.
How many free credits do I get the first time I top up?
Depending on which package you choose, you will get anywhere from 3% to 7% free credits, ranging from RM5 to RM70. First time purchase is the only time you receive this many free credits. So make the most of this. Regular purchases give a maximum of 1.5% additional free credits.
What package should I purchase for the first time?
The RM1,100 package has the best value for you because it comes with RM70 free credits (which is 7% additional free on your RM1,000 credits). First time purchase is the only time you can redeem this offer. So make the most of this. Regular purchases give up to 1.5% additional free credits.

What is the 100% dispatch Guarantee?
100% guarantee means that dispatch jobs posted on GoGet business via the web browser, are guaranteed to be completed. *Only available in Kuala Lumpur, coming soon to other cities.
When does the 100% guarantee not apply?
- Jobs other than dispatch (part-time, shopping, marketing).
- Dispatch jobs posted for pick up outside of 8-5 on weekdays.
- For non-halal items.
- For jobs that need additional items (ie. trolley).
- If job details are different from actual job.
- During a heavy downpour/thunderstorm.

Do you deliver outside of the Klang Valley?
The 100% Guarantee is only within the klang valley. Standard delivery is available in Penang and Johor Bahru (100% guarantee coming soon).
How do I get a GoGetter for my deliveries?
It’s really easy! Just login or sign up, and click on “dispatch”, tell us your job details and you will get a GoGetter shortly.
Can I use the same GoGetter for every job?
Your job will be matched with the closest available GoGetter and this may be different each time. You will get access to Elite GoGetters who have gone through high standards of training.
Will my items be delivered reliably and safe?
Yes, Having an account on GoGet business will give you access to Elite GoGetters. Elite GoGetters have done more than 50 jobs with positive ratings.
What are the terms for the insurance of my deliveries?
We offer up to RM400 of insurance on Cost of Goods during deliveries. Read the full details here
