What if there is no GoGetter around?

Our 10,000 GoGoGetters provide the best coverage within Klang Valley, Penang and Johor Bahru. The nearest GoGetter will be assigned to move towards your pick up point and if required, we will notify you if pick up time has to be adjusted.

What happens if the item arrives and it is damaged?

GoGetters are trained to provide quality service and take good care of your item. We take damaged good seriously and ask you to report the job in the web app. Our support team will be in touch as soon as possible. Learn more here.

Which type of dispatch should I use?

On Demand is best for super fast and rushed requests that have to go out immediately (Maximum 2 drop offs). Scheduled is to book a GoGetter in advance and enjoy lower rates (Maximum 3 drop offs). Bulk orders is best if you have more than 10 drop offs and you want a flat rate. Standard dispatch is the only option in Penang and Johor Bahru, other dispatch types are coming soon.

What are the best rates that I can get?

If you have less than 10 drop offs, the best rate is to use Scheduled and group 3 drop offs into one request. This helps lower the cost. If you have more than 10 drop offs, the best rate is to use Bulk Orders. Our system will find you the shortest route. Standard dispatch is the only option in Penang and Johor Bahru, you can group up to 4 drop offs into one request to save costs.
